PRODUCT WARRANTY

New Product

- Device: It will be under brand manufactuer's product warranty, Bit2miner team will assit to go through this process if requires by buyer;

- Parts & Accessories: Depending on the products,  we support 7-30 days of product warranty after reaching to the buyer's destination.

Used Product

- Device: 3 days after reaching to the buyer's destination;

- Parts & Accessories: 3 days afer reaching to the buyer's destination.

RETURN POLICY

Refunds will not be entertained once the shipment is in processing, unless it's due to our error. In case of an error, we accept returns and will cover the shipping costs both ways. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as mutually agreed upon by both parties.
